Meet Emma, the boss behind The Bagel Box.
She had an idea. Now she has a bagel shop.
The Bagel Box started with one stubborn conviction: that Doha deserved a proper New York bagel — boiled before it’s baked, chewy in the middle, blistered on the outside, and never, ever steamed. So Emma learned the dough, found the oven, and opened the doors.
Everything is made here, every morning. When we sell out, we sell out.
